I have a question about my ticket.

Tickets that are purchased prior to July 30, 2024 will be shipped in the form of wristbands. Your wristband is your ticket. If you have not received a tracking number by the week of the festival, please get in touch with Front Gate Tickets through their website.&nbsp; Any passes purchased after July 30, 2024 will be available for will call pick up in Golden Gate Park the week of the festival. How do I register my wristband?

DON’T take your wristband off. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. DO shower with it, it's waterproof! DO take care of your wristband and treat it like cash. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost or stolen. DON’T cut or twist any part of your wristband, it will fray (cut wristbands will NOT be reissued for any reason) Same day re-entry is not allowed. If you absolutely must leave the festival and need to return the same day, you must speak with a Supervisor at any festival entrance/exit BEFORE LEAVING to be scanned out.
