Wysteria, a multi-instrumentalist, radiates sincerity and captivates audiences with her delicate yet powerful stage presence. Her debut album, "Lycoris," slated for a September 2024 release, reveals her exceptional talents in singing, composing, and lyricism. Embarking on her musical journey at an early age, Wysteria learned the harp at four and the violin at seven at the Conservatoire of Nancy. Self-taught on the piano and acoustic guitar, she seamlessly incorporates these instruments into her creative process. Drawing inspiration from folk and contemporary chamber pop, she echoes influences such as Joanna Newsom and Billie Eilish. Her debut album, predominantly sung in English, delves into themes of love, doubt, relationships, and the challenges of youth. Striking a balance between melancholy and playfulness, tracks like "You're Lying" showcase Wysteria's lyrical prowess. Fluent in both English and French, her lyrics pay homage to nature and life.
