Willis Anne

Live performer and music producer, Berlin-based Willis Anne is the founder of the record label and club night LAN. Not just a purveyor of dusty club music, LAN is a conceptual project also operating within the realms of event and video. From curating the Out Of Sight podcast to the POV video series, Live In My Room, live machine music with plenty of soul has been a calling card of the Berlin based project. Enlisting the services of friends and peers to work on the various facets, we’ve seen the likes of Cloudface, Moiré, Steve Summers and Perseus Traxx join founder Willis Anne in both the booth and the studio since LAN’s inception in 2013. After its first debut solo 12" ‘Undergrounder EP‘ on LAN, the Berlin-based artist initiated a series of releases with labels such as Berceuse Heroique and its famous 'C Track', followed a contribution to the acclaimed 'Ethos Series' of Nous, an album with the Russian imprint Isaiah Tapes and a track featured in a various for the French’ Infiné Music. Very active all over the globe over the past years, sharing his live performance till Japan, Willis got back to the studio and lately delivered material for Italian label Land of Dance Records and Parisian SKYLAX ‘Stay Underground It Pays’. Vinyl release "Unmanned" is the latest collaboration with its peer Vonverhille from Maturre label.
