Turbostaat

Formed in 1999, Turbostaat is a punk band based out of Husum, Northern Germany. With a sound that merges driving, anxious rhythms with flowing guitar runs, the German quintet made its debut in 2001 with "Flamingo". A second album, "Schwan", would arrive in 2003, followed by 2007's "Vormann Leiss" and 2010's "Das Island Manøver". Turbostaat's fifth album, "Stadt der Angst", appeared in 2013 and "Abalonia" in 2016. 2020 the band will release 'Uthlande'.
