Tizza

Growing up singing and playing musical instruments,Tizza was inspired by the world of music from a young age. In 2020 she kickstarted her DJ career by winning a George FM mini mix competition. Since then she has gone from strength to strength and performed at some of Aotearoa’s largest festivals, including Rhythm and vines, Hidden Valley, Summer Classic, Mardi Gras, and Listen In. In 2022/23 she has played a steady flow of shows throughout the country at some of New Zealand’s most notable venues, on tour with George FM and supporting touring international acts. With an authentic ability to incorporate live vocals to her sets, paired with a selection of quality house music, and an infectious energy, she curates a DJ set that fans love and adore. Catch her spinning on the George FM Airwaves, every Friday night 7-9pm at her weekly residency on New Zealand’s leading dance music radio station, or from the front row of her next show – Either way, Tizza delivers every time she steps up to the turntables.
