The Stray Pursuit

Hailing from Swansea, The Stray Pursuit emerges as a dynamic force in the realm of Alternative Rock. Known for their enthralling live performances featuring guitar-driven riffs and captivating vocals. Inspired by bands like Royal Blood, Foo Fighters, and The Hunna, their music resonates with all who love Rock music. The four-piece consisted of lead singer Aaron Morgan, lead guitarist Dylan Cooney, bassist Fred Wilkinson, and drummer Nicholas Bevan. Tragedy struck when founding drummer Nicky Bevan passed away in December 2022. The devastating loss catalysed a renewed purpose for the band: to honour Nicky's legacy and prove their potential for greatness. He is missed dearly, and will be forever cherished by so many people. Ben Lewis joined the lads in April 2023 and completed the current line up. They have supported Andrew Cushin, The K's, and Vida, and played alongside the likes of The Lottery Winners, Pastel, and Trampolene just to name a few. TSP were featured on This Feelings ‘Big in 2020’. In June 2023, they sold out a headline show at The Bunkhouse for their single release ‘Let It Be Known’. A new chapter unfolded at Longwave Studios in Cardiff, where they collaborated with Grammy and Mercury-nominated producer Romesh Dodangoda to record their debut EP ‘Domino Effect’. It was released on December 8th, 2023. Having finished their EP release tour, and selling out Cwrw, Carmarthen, and the final date at The Moon Cardiff, The Stray Pursuit are set for an exciting year.
