Tamara Williamson is a Multi Media Artist from London, England. Now living in Uxbridge Ontario.

Tamara Williamson released 3 albums with her band Mrs. Torrance on the major label BMG in the 90's. Her first solo recording “Nightmare on Queen Street” was very well received and Tamara played festivals such as Hillside, The Regina Folk Festival, and NXNE.
In 2003 Tamara was voted fourth best concert of the year by NOW magazine ahead of Greenday, and Bjork. Tamara is the only voice to be recorded on a Do Make Say Think album.
In 2006 Tamara signed to a French label and toured France extensively as part of “Le Femme S’en Mêlent” Tour. She played alongside Feist and Shannon Wright.
From 2007 Tamara released four more albums and toured in Canada and France. In 2015 Tamara’s song “The Next One” about sexual harassment was released on Arts and Crafts.
2014 Tamara wrote her first book “The Break-Up Diet” This book has been adapted into an audio book and live show. In 2018, This show is being showcased in theatres around Toronto and Edmonton to rave reviews. 2019 it won The Adams award and 5 star review from NOW & T.Star
