Sylvie Kreusch

Sylvie Kreusch BE

Pop / Indie Pop
Sylvie Kreusch is one of Europe’s most exciting and innovative artists, known for her distinctive blend of pop, electronica, and avant-garde influences. She first gained attention as the frontwoman of Belgian art-rock band Soldier’s Heart and later as the captivating vocalist for Warhaus, the solo project of Maarten Devoldere. After two successful albums and extensive tours with Warhaus, Sylvie embarked on a solo journey. Her 2019 debut EP BADABING! BADABOOM! was followed by the critically acclaimed Montbray (2021) and Comic Trip (2024) Comic Trip, an adventurous album driven by bold emotions. She shed her fiery red locks and enigmatic persona to embrace a more open, carefree expression. The album draws inspiration from acts like The B-52’s and Stereolab, with a vibrant, pop-art sound that channels the spirit of a 1960s comic book. Sylvie's work has earned widespread acclaim in outlets like The Washington Post, Dazed, and Humo, and her collaborations extend into fashion and film, including music for Prada, Victoria’s Secret, and BMW. Her single Seedy Tricks soundtracked Azzaro Couture’s Fall collection with The New York Times. Her accolades include Most Promising Artist at the 2018 Red Bull Elektropedia Awards and the 2022 MIA for Best Artwork for Montbray. In 2025, she won three more MIA's: Best Artwork, Best Auteur/Composer with Jasper Segers, and Best Music Video for Comic Trip.
