Sub-aquatic rollers only, SPF 50's music weaves a kaleidoscopic tapestry of offbeat house and techno, always with a hint to the submerged and groovy. Having released four ep’s in total (one as Stephan Kimbel), his tracks often lean heavily on off-kilter rhythms, rude basslines and fuzzy but fun atmosphere. Originally from Sweden but now living in Brooklyn, he is the founder of Professional Music, which in 2019 put out his debut ep 'Signs of a City' and more recently ‘Sumimasen’ and 2022’s ‘Secret Technology’.
