Speedemon

BIO: SPEEDEMON was formed in mid-2011. In October 2011, the band undergoes some changes and evolves into a quartet, when Brutus takes a second guitar and with the input of Peter to secure the role of bassist. More material is being written with this line-up and the first opportunities to play live are beginning to appear, with their stage debut in March 2012. The experience of these four elements with other previous projects allows them to mix different influences present in the Heavy Metal scene: from NWOBHM , traditional Heavy Metal, Thrash and Speed Metal. Back in 2019 Diley joins the band for bass, in the same year China joins also Speedemon as our permanent drummer. Speedemon plays in many stages since 2011, mainly in Portugal, big Clubs, Small Venues, Big Fests, Small Fests, we play everywhere we can. TIMELINE MAIN EVENTS: 2011 – Speedemon releases first single “Blackbull” 2012 – March First Live appearance 2015 – Speedemon launches his first EP “First Blood” 2019 – Speedemon records and launches his first CD length “Hellcome” 2022 – Speedemon Wins Wacken Metal Battle Portugal and plays in Wacken Open Air WACKEN METAL BATTLE WINNER 2022 – PORTUGAL In 2022 SPEEDEMON wins the Wacken Metal Battle in Portugal and plays in WACKEN OPEN AIR
