Simon Stanley

Simon Stanley pens tales both candid and tall. Known for his vivid imagery and fluid storylines, his writing has shifted and adapted to the varying phases of his life including a relocation from his New Zealand homeland to Nashville, TN.  Simon's most recent single 'Vampire Boogie' (release Halloween 2024) is about a misunderstood vampire who really just wants to dance. Released as a single and an illustrated book, 'Floating Down the River' , is a dreamy trip down a lazy river, a family adventure through lush flora and fauna, and a hard day's splashing around - winding up with two tired kids, tummy-full and ready for bed. His first single “Marley Sitting on a Pumpkin Seed” (winner of the 2019 NZ Music Award for Best Children’s Song) is a letter to his niece Marley, describing all the wonderful instruments that play a huge part of his life as a country-music musician.
