Shadow Smile

To outsiders, SHADOW SMILE may seem like a paradox: a metal band with a DIY-Punk-Rock attitude and a taste for the theatrical. Their live show feels equal parts Broadway production, hardcore mosh pit and cult 80s vampire movie. This, along with their heavy focus on the community they are building, has made SHADOW SMILE one of three most recognisable and unique bands on the underground scene, fearlessly pushing boundaries in their music, live show and visual representation. The debut album Signed in Blood was fully crowd-funded and recorded at the legendary Treehouse Studio where legends of the scene including Bullet For My Valentine , Bring Me The Horizon and While She Sleeps have laid down classic albums. Having dominated the main stages at esteemed UK festivals including Call of the Wild, Winter Rocks and Rockmantic Festival, SHADOW SMILE have now set their sights on touring. September 2023 saw a successful headline show at the prestigious Corporation, Sheffield and in early 2024 the band booked and promoted their own intimate, immersive and successful UK tour which included a Sold-out Nottingham show. Beyond music, SHADOW SMILE have developed a tight-knit community of fans as rabid as any on the planet, buying every piece of merchandise and attending any show they can.
