In the Summer of 2024 Ruby J played many major festivals such as Truck Festival, Kendall Calling, YNOT Festival, Wilderness, The Great Escape, Black Deer & more. Her unique tone has led to early bold comparisons to Amy Winehouse , Tina Turner amongst others.. with her influences ranging from Billie Holiday to Paolo Nutini. inspired to pick up a guitar at aged 13 by the likes of Arctic Monkeys & more.. a now 19 year old Ruby J has a stage presence that encapsulates her audience.
