Piers Faccini is an Anglo-Italian singer-songwriter and painter, born on April 28, 1970, in London (United Kingdom).
His musical style is often described as nomadic and world folk. His voice and songwriting are often compared to those of Nick Drake and Leonard Cohen. He has been living in the Cévennes in southern France since 2004.
Faccini has collaborated over the years with many musicians and singers including Rokia Traore, Busi Mhlongo, Ben Harper, Ballake Sissoko, Vincent Segal, Camille, Francesca Beard, Patrick Watson, Dawn Landes and Ibrahim Maalouf amongst others.
