Stemming from South-East Queensland, PERRY STREET PARK are your new Rock-Pop cure. Drawing their inspiration from artists such as The 1975, Gang Of Youths, INXS, Cold Chisel and The Vanns, they’ve cultivated a sound ready to define the next era of Aussie Rock.
With decades of experience between them, PSP’s paths crossed in the thriving Brisbane music scene. Originally playing together in other bands throughout 2018 and 2019 the boys decided to come out of COVID-19 with a fresh new project. Perry Street Park launched with their debut single 'She!' in Feb 2022. Since then, the determined Meanjin based Rock outfit has released their debut EP - ‘Bad Habits, Broken Hearts’ which took them on the road across South East Queensland and are in the midst of their sophomore EP, set to release in 2023. Building their following playing as many shows as they can, the 4 piece has played pre-game and halftime entertainment at every home game for the NRL Gold Coast Titans 2022 season, including centre field for Titans v Broncos to a stadium crowd of 20,000 people. PSP was the winner of the Australia-wide competition’s in Airlie Beach Festival of Music 2022 setting them onto the Main Stage at Airlie in 2023 and Byron Bay Bluesfest 2023 and placing them on the line-up for Bluesfest 2024.After a promising debut year and in the wake of their second, the band are set to rinse and repeat with their sophomore EP in the pipeline, touring across Australia and the World.
