Jurij Dobriakov, mic.lt: Mountainside is arguably one of the most remarkable bands in Lithuanian rock. They stand out quite like a mountain, blending diverse styles from stoner to psychedelic rock into one heavy rocking musical monolith and sounding like nothing else. Mountainside have become the usual name among the nominees for the Best Rock Act title of various Lithuanian alternative music awards. With Hidden In Light Mountainside was nominated in the “Best rock“ category of M.A.M.A. 2018 awards—Lithuania's answer to the Grammy. Becoming the heaviest nominated band in the history of the event.
