Andrea Tirone’s Mind Enterprises is a dynamic and outward-looking alias, a shift that reflects his geographical journey too. Though he found his initial inspiration through his national heritage, in 2012 the 29-year-old fled in Italy where he was becoming creatively stuck in the somewhat insular alternative scene of Turin. His desire to widen his musical horizons and find a new audience for the electronic experiments he was creating on his laptop led to his relocation to a studio in a garden shed in Clapton. After spending 5 years there, he resettled in the tropical island of Gran Canaria - the most southern place in Europe. Speaking on his move, he noted that; "I took a map and looked for the most laidback life and sunny place in Europe. Perhaps I'm overreacting to London?"
