Knives are a band that exists within chaos and, in a short time, have shown what is possible when you bottle it.
From punishing bouts of hardcore fury to gritty flourishes of post-punk intensity, loose strands of quick-witted alt-rock to shimmering waves of free-flowing experimental jazz, the eventually assembled sextet proclaimed to leave no stone unturned, unafraid of leaping over boundaries in pursuit of covering previously uncharted ground.
Now signed to Marshall Records, Knives have unleashed their debut full-length GLITTER. The album sees the band fine-tune their chaos into something spectacular—from experimental pedal-stacking to
all-hands studio sessions filled with support, ideas, and fearless creativity. The process was collaborative, the energy constant. But GLITTER is just the start. Knives is about more than music—it’s about creating space, visibility, and opportunity where there’s often little to be found.
