Kirsten Te Rito

Kirsten Te Rito is a singer, songwriter and music producer from New Zealand's capital city, Wellington. Her main focus for making music in Te Reo Māori is to do her part to assist in the ongoing language revitalization and normalization of Te reo on the airwaves. Kirsten is one half of new NZ electronic duo ILLRIOT who have a string of single drops planned for 2020. She is also the live vocalist for Sydney hip hop group Bliss n Eso. Kirsten is from Rongomaiwahine and Ngāti Kahungunu iwi.
