Jabbawaukee is a Providence, RI based quartet that utilizes every trick in their musical bag of sorcery. With thought provoking lyrics, dense vocal harmonies and mixing elements of psychedelic/progressive rock and funk, Jabbawaukee has all the qualities that define some of the best rock bands of our time . Featuring the shredding guitar and vocals of David Hobson, thumping basslines and vocals of Brendon 'Low B' Bjorness-Murano, soulful keys and vocals of Jack Skiffington and Lock tight drums & vocals of Stu Taylor. Playing everywhere from Maine down to North Carolina and out to Pennsylvania, it’s only a matter of time before you’ll see Jabbawaukee everywhere! Right out of the gate, after 6 months of intense practicing and the recording of their debut EP, "Five from the Shack", they hit the ground running. Being nominated for Motif's "Best RI Jam Band" in 2018 & 2019 and winning it in 2023 & 2024", “Best Album (Americana)” w/ Family Tree in Motif in 2023, Best Band" in the New London Area 2019, in The Day, having their single "Moonlight" played in regular rotation on JEMP radio and opening for such national acts as Twiddle, Spafford, Hayley Jane & the Primates, Neighbor, Pink Talking Fish, Strange Machines, The Ryan Montebleu Band as well as many others. This along with their crushing sets at virtually every Northeast music festival solidified them as a stronghold in the Northeast Festival Scene. Touring to a festival or venue near you in 2024!
