Humanart

A banda de Blackmetal Humanart, de Santo Tirso, foi fundada em Setembro de 1998. Após um ano, em Outubro de 1999, os Humanart deslocam-se ao estúdio Rec N' Roll para gravar a maqueta de estreia intitulada "Fossil" e produzida por Luís Barros, este registo em formato MCD foi editado a 18 de Fevereiro de 2000. Em Setembro de 2004, e após um longo período de ensaios, concertos, e mudanças de formação, a banda lança o segundo trabalho "Hymn Obscura", registado e produzido no GraveStudio, em Braga, por Pedro Alves e Humanart. Em Agosto de 2005 que a banda passou a ser constituída apenas por JJ (guitarrista e um dos fundadores de Humanart) até ao início de 2007 quando foi tomada a decisão de iniciar as audições para constituir uma nova formação que se concretizou durante esse ano. O ano de 2008 começou com uma série de actuações pelos vários palcos do país com a formação renovada. Em 2008 como celebração do décimo aniversário da banda foi lançada a edição especial em Tape (pela Praise Unholy Records) intitulada “X Years of Black Crusade” com dois temas originais e uma cover (Carpathian Forest) gravados em ensaio de estúdio (Pitbull Studio). No final de 2013 começaram as gravações do novo álbum “Lightbringer” misturado e produzido por André Rodrigues – Full Power Studio) com apresentação oficial em Abril 2014 em 3 datas (Porto, Lisboa, Vigo). O calendário futuro passa por extender o licenciamento do álbum a vários países e promove-lo dentro e fora de portas. From Santo Tirso (Portugal), the Blackmetal band Humanart started in September 1998. After a year, in October 1999, they go to Rec N´Roll studio to record "Fossil", their first demo-MCD, produced by Luís Barros, "Fossil" was edited in 18th February 2000. In September of 2004, after several gigs, reharsals and changes in the line-up the new MCD “Hymn Obscura” was out (recorded and mixed at GraveStudio in Braga, by Pedro Alves and Humanart). Besides the Demos, you can check out the band in several Metal compilations and publications. When playing live, they usually added to the set the Bathory cover: “women of dark desires”. In August 2005 Humanart became a one man project to JJ (Lead guitar and one of the founders of the band) until the begining of 2007 when new members were recruited and the band was back for the live shows. In 2008 the band released the special edition Tape “X Years of Black Crusade” (Praise Unholy Records) with two originals and a cover (Carpathian Forest “Bloody Fucking Nekro Hell” recorded in a studio rehearsal at PitbullStudio. In the end of 2013 the recording of the new album “Lightbringer” started, it was mixed and produced at Full Power Studios by André Rodrigues and in April 2014 it had its presentation in 3 epic gigs. The future calendar is the licensing of the album in as many countries as possible and playing live in and out of Portugal.
