Fatbabs is THE reggae beatmaker in France. Nominated for a Grammy Awards 2024 alongside Collie Buddz, Fatbabs has definitely won over the international scene. A promising future for our country boy from Normandy, who has just returned from Jamaïca loaded with new collaborations. Known as the producer of French reggae icon Naâman, Fatbabs came to prominence in 2012. He produced Naâman's 1st mixtape, which was a hit with the single Skanking Shoes, and would go on to produce his next 4 albums. The 2nd album, “Rays of Resistance”, was a huge success, earning Naâman and Fatbabs their 1st golden certified record. Daily Jam, a rich and personal musical trip that the beatmaker delivers with passion and generosity. It features all Fatbabs' favorite styles, from hip-hop to reggae, soul, funk and jazz. For Fatbabs, music is a journey that frees itself from styles, crosses continents and feeds on encounters. Thanks to his vision and talent, over the years Fatbabs has multiplied his collaborations and produced instrumentals for internationally renowned artists such as Collie Buddz (USA), Sizzla (Jamaica), Soom T (England), Alborosie (Italy).... And the journey isn't over yet! Just a few weeks ago, the recently Grammy-nominated 2024 French producer returned from Jamaica with a stockpile of unreleased featurings. For the first release, Fatbabs chose his collab with Jah Lil, the new Jamaican reggae sensation.
