Diddi Velle grew up in a house filled with classic country, blues and rock. Even influenced by professional artists staying at her home while touring through Norway – she discovered her passion for music at an early age, yet chose to keep it a secret. Like so many dreamers that haven’t experienced the confirmation required to believe in what they can accomplish, Diddi ended up pursuing a more traditional career in the healthcare industry. Working directly with patients suffering from dementia is actually where she found the courage to choose a different career path. She sang to her patients, many of whom couldn’t even remember their own family members, yet remembered the lyrics of the old songs and brought back the spark in their eyes. This is where Velle realized the true power of music! At the young age of 23, she decided to take the next steps towards the spotlight. Bravely posting some cover songs on social media – the response came instantly and got the world talking about the Norwegian country music phenomenon. Within mere months, Diddi’s fanbase soared past the 30000 mark, and some videos have gone viral reaching millions! One of her goals is to keep the old country music style alive in the modern-day era. Her first songs were recorded in Nashville and will be released in 2024. The producer has his name on over 70 million records sold and the band consists of elite musicians who’ve worked with everyone from Willie Nelson to Dolly Parton!
