Dave Nunes, a young and talented Dutch DJ, discovered his passion for music early on. His distinctive style fuses Afrohouse, house, and baile funk, resulting in a unique sound. Since 2019, Dave has gained recognition with successful remixes on Soundcloud, earning support from DJs like Diplo, Jarreau Vandal, JAEL, Jyoty, and more. In December 2023, Dave Nunes collaborated with Sarz and Skrillex on the track "Yo Fam," followed shortly after by co-producing with Sarz again on "Happiness," featuring Gunna and Asake. Born in the Netherlands to a Dutch mother and a Caribbean father with roots in Curaçao and Suriname, Dave brings diverse influences to his music. He curated a mixtape for Soulection All Day 2024, showcasing his influence in the global music scene. Beyond music, Dave introduced "Diaspora," a platform where genres and people unite globally through club nights. Dave's dynamic DJ sets blend Afrohouse, house and various electronic subgenres, offering a special experience.
