Dan Krochmal

Melbourne-born indie rocker Dan Krochmal has been stunning audiences into silence since his arrival to the US. With an emotive voice that soars across octaves, and poignant, vivid lyrics coming straight from the soul, Krochmal’s performances defy gravity. He embarked on his first US solo tour after being selected as one of ten acts globally to perform at a tribute concert for Jeff Buckley in Chicago. He moved from Australia to New York's East Village, and performed at many world-renowned venues such as Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, the Bitter End, and Pianos (including sold out shows opening for Reeve Carney and Fatai). Krochmal released his second studio album, "Avenues" in 2020. It features Lenny “The Ox” Reece on drums (Demi Lovato, Kimbra, Super Duper Kyle, DJ Premier) and David Cutler on bass (Iggy Azalea, SZA, JT Taylor). In November 2020, Dan was scouted to privately audition for American Idol. After successfully completing two rounds of producer auditions, he was flown to California, where he performed for Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan. He released his third album, "Home & Holding" in 2023. In June, 2024, he performed a two-hour set for the international delegates at the United Nations. He and his backing band performed at Musikfest in August. He has currently released several songs from his fourth album, due to be released in February 2025.
