CHARTREUX are a bunch of middle aged middle class punx you may have seen before in basements and DIY venues. Hailing from Leipzig and some rural suburbs, CHARTREUX prove what it would sound like, if PAINT IT BLACK were forced to play a few MENZINGERS tunes: passive aggressive, confessing, repressive, sometimes transgressive (clever reference, huh?).
