Blakhol

Blakhol are an audiovisual collective from Turkey. They released their debut EP About Time in 2020 and followed up by collab works with various artists including Nilipek., Mercan, Hend, Mabastet and Göksu. Blakhol tracks feature intimate vocals, synth based and organic soundscapes, minimal haunting melodies and solid beats. The group explores trip hop, synth pop and IDM infused flavors, as well as club friendly rhythmic textures and blends them into emotional, dark and melodic works. Blakhol consists of a dynamic group of diverse musicians focused on producing songs, vibes, beats and atmospheres that influence and invoke emotion and imagination. Blakhol’s latest cinematic/ambient single “Orbit” is an anthem to the cycles of life, crafting ingenious sound design into an immersive hypnotic journey. Opening the night for Oscar and the Wolf in Ankara and showcasing their audiovisual set at Sonar Istanbul 2024, Blakhol are inherently sculpting their live act and working on new performance concepts and events.
