Asenblut - more than 15 years of Melodic Death Metal clad in Viking Armour. 2024 They will unleash "ENTFESSELT" their newest masterpiece! This Album marks a breakthrough – a new era of Asenblut. Years of changing line-ups and internal struggles have come to an end and the whole band only knows one direction: forward. Its more rough, more direct, more powerful and dare we say it: the best album we have written so far. 10 Tracks filled with raw energy and emotion considering the lowest lows and celebrating the highest highs. The songwriting was done by Balrogh (Mate Balogh) in close colaboration with Tetzel who directed the songs and wrote all the lyrics. It is no coincidence that the choruses of a lot of songs draw you in and make you sing along and pump your fist! For the sound we decide to go a bit more bare-balls and direct in your face. Big guitars, strong and harsh growls and thundering drums. Its an all “do it yourself” approach with no compromises. Thought the album is not a concept record the title “Unchained” /”Entfesselt” certainly gives the direction and right impression on first glance. There is just no holding back anymore.
