Since 2018, the Frenchies of ANIMALIZE keep on perpetuating this kind of music that you (or your parents) may have been listening to 40 years ago. You know, this "Heavy Metal" stuff that appeared at a time when none of the members of the band was born. Well, they’re doing it today. Welcome to the future ! On the other hand, it is undoubtedly their love for retro movies that most influences ANIMALIZE's concept and also makes the difference. The totally assumed 80s visual, the scenic and provocative extravagance (not always to everyone's taste), take you beyond where too many bands stop. Evil Dead, Mad Max, Pet Sematary, Masters of the Universe, Terminator etc… are the references that you’ll find in their music, in their videos… and on stage ! After a debut mini-album in 2020 and a full album in 2022, both alternating between their mother tongue and the language of Shakespeare, they also released a Special Japanese edition EP. With even some tracks in Japanese ! French Heavy Metal is back, now it's time to feed the beast. Except this time... you are the meat.
