AMK, residing in Sheffield, debuted in 2020 on the UK scene with tracks including Late Night Disco, Pink Lemonade and After 2am. The tracks received industry recognition from BBC Introducing Sheffield and amassed over 500,000 streams on all platforms in a few months, leading to a guest mix on BBC Introducing Sheffield in September 2020. Following on from this set of debut releases AMK partnered with J.O for tracks including Let You Down, How Do You Sleep?, Stupid With U, Everything and many more. These tracks included collaborations with artists including Skywalker, Empires Fade, Sam Lavery (Capital Radio & X factor), Sam Lyon, Tyler0112, KARMA, Amy Moore & Spaces releasing independently and partnering up with labels Appliqué Music & Sounds of Meow with streams across all platforms totalling over 2.3 million. AMK has shared the stage with artists including Pete & Bas (with J.O) on their recent UK November 2024 Tour, Jo Whiley's 90s Anthems (BBC Radio 1 & 2), Joe Talbot (IDLES) and has performed DJ sets at festival stages at Leeds Festival & Rewind Festival(s) North / South.
