Acantha Lang

New Orleans-born, London-based soul artist Acantha Lang has been compared to legends like Aretha Franklin and Gladys Knight. Her debut album, Beautiful Dreams (2023), reached #3 on the Official UK Jazz & Blues Albums Chart and received critical acclaim, including 5-star ratings from Echoes Magazine and Soul Bag Magazine. Lang has been featured on the covers of Blues & Soul and Echoes Magazines and received Album of the Month honors from Soul Tracks, Relix, American Songwriter, and KCRW. Craig Charles of BBC 6Music called her “brilliant… destined for world domination.” Lang has captivated audiences worldwide, debuting on CBS Saturday Morning and performing at the 2024 SXSW music festival, major venues in Spain and the UK, and clubs like House of Blues (New Orleans) and Melkweg (Netherlands). She also performed alongside The New Mastersounds at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. Before her solo career, Lang wrote for the GRAMMY-nominated Robert Randolph & The Family Band.
