A Deeper Shade of Blue

The Carolina’s can once again be credited for producing great bluegrass. Hailing from just east of Charlotte, the band has been together for over 20 years and have self-produced six albums. A quick search on YouTube will no doubt prove why this band has been a favorite on the circuit for years. With their tight harmony singing and stellar instrumentation, they’ve been one that festivals have added to their lineup consistently. They recently released the new record, TWENTY on Pinecastle Records, a nod to their 20 years of playing music together on the road, and a worthy follow up to their STEAM album from 2018.
